"I GIVE AND BEQUEATH to ‘Endex Australia Limited’ my Estate (or_% of my Estate, or “the sum of $ …………. “) for its general purposes and I DECLARE that the receipt of the secretary or other proper officer for the time being of Endex Dogs Australia Limited shall be a full discharge for my trustees for the bequest."
